Technical Resources

The company has fully qualified food technologists, one having over twenty years  experience in the meat and smallgoods industry, both internationally and at domestic level.

     

Our own analytical labortary tests all   ingredients entering our facility and all blended products leaving our plant.

This laboratory is also available for customer's product analysis
A wet laboratory, or trial kitchen, is also available to assist our customers develop meat, fish, poultry and petfood products.  Our trial kitchen is fully equipped with brine injector, bowlcutter, massager, filler and electrically operated smokehouse.  Natural wood chips are used for smoke generation.
