| A wet laboratory, or trial kitchen, is also available to assist our customers develop meat, fish, poultry and petfood products. Our trial kitchen is fully equipped with brine injector, bowlcutter, massager, filler and electrically operated smokehouse. Natural wood chips are used for smoke generation. |
